I've had no luck with customer service regarding my Holiday Inn Express complaint. I want to send an email to the appropriate executive but don't have an email address. Any suggestions on how to find it?
I had a reservation with a HOliday Inn Express in South Bend Indiana. When I tried to change the reservation date the owners lied to me, were rude to me, and raised their rates from approx $100 per night to over $400 to thwart my changing the reservation on line.
I wrote to the Holiday Inn customer service several times however they were not helpful in addressing my concerns. I told them, and the hotel, that I was going to take the matter up the organizational chart but they did not respond.
Monetary Loss: $130.
